Hey Team, How are you?

My name is Tom Douglas, a Design Director with 10 years in the game and I’m on the hunt for a new gig or projects in the meantime. I’m a people person who loves to maintain a positive work environment while leading the development of concepts across strategy, copy, and design, inspiring others to think laterally to evolve big ideas.

I’m somebody who is used to taking on projects and running with them, who’s invested in working great ideas into great systems/campaigns, and who has a genuine pathological love of Graphic Design and Art Direction.

I have a daring take on creativity and I’m most at home in a creative space filled with progressive & brave, like-minded humans. I have 

a cool demeanour under pressure, and the experience to deliver while having fun. I live for the challenge and the love of pulling it off. I enjoy interacting, presenting, and workshopping with clients and have confidence in developing positive client relationships.

Since Covid, it's been a hard road for full-time work but I’m hungry and keen to find a new home where I'm immersed in the team on a hybrid scenario, where I can develop and grow, and help others do the same while pushing the boundaries on purpose-driven, ideas-led lead and exciting work.
